For road transport of payloads up to 60 tons, Nicolas Industrie proposes semi-trailers with steering knuckles.
With three to nine axles, these vehicles are mainly intended for the transport of machinery and industrial packages.  The platform length will be studied in accordance with your needs.

The design is based on combining a chassis of steel with high elastic limit with transverse axles and hydraulic suspension.
With a turning angle of 45°, the axles offer excellent maneuverability, notably on the winding roads in cities or mountains, and at traffic circles.
The suspension consists of hydraulic actuators that distribute the load evenly over each axle.  Their 300 mm course of travel makes it possible to take up the road deformations while maintaining very good stability.

Nicolas was the first to develop the concept of Maxi 2C, by setting off the first axle to optimize the payload in second category of exceptional transport.

Nicolas semi-trailers can be complemented with winches, elevator tables, access ramps and many other accessories.
